What is Crossfit?
CROSSFIT is cross-discipline workout consisting of high intervals of movement and conditioning that include weight barring exercises, cardio exercises, plyometrics and gymnastic-type movements.
Many CrossFit "gyms" are known as "Boxes" around the world. So if you hear someone mention they workout at a certain "Box" then they mostly likely are talking about CrossFit.
