C-4 CrossFit is an 4,000 sq. ft. facility that is home to beginner, intermediate, and advanced level athletes and coaches. We teach basic to advanced level classes in functional exercise, athletic conditioning, kettlebell training, Olympic weightlifting, power lifting, gymnastics, rowing and running. Our members come from varied backgrounds—from students, athletes, small business owners, stay-at-home moms, school teachers, grandparents and everyone in between.
We utilize CrossFit as our primary fitness training method, and focus our members on optimizing physical competence in each of 10 recognized fitness domains, which are: cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. These are all functional movements that you will be able to utilize in your daily activities. The workouts are constantly changing, never boring, and the results are always dramatic!
